Order Policy
Immediately after purchasing any item(s) from our site. Customers are sent an email confirmation to confirm the purchase. This message includes product description, price, and date of purchase. We take 2-6 business days to process all orders. Once item(s) are shipped to the customer an assigned tracking number will be sent via email. Tracking information email notification will depend on the order processing time, numbers of items, and external factors such as holidays or weather condition. Payment Processing
Credit card payments made on the weekdays are process within 1-3 business days. Weekend payments take 2-6 business days to process
PayPal payments are processed within hours. Please note, your order wouldn't be shipped until your payment is fully processed.
Pre-Orders Policy
All pre-order items must be paid in full prior to the closing date. We will post pre-order items on the site for a set amount of time giving you enough time to have access to the items. After the closing date all orders placed will be shipped out. Items will be sent out according to our shipping times and rates posted below
Shipping Policy
Domestic shipping takes 1-3 business days depending on your location. If you have not received your purchase(s) after 7 business days please contact us to resolve the issue.
We currently ship the United States (excluding Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii) using standard and express shipping. Addition fees are attached to all orders requesting express shipping.
We ship internationally via DHL Express International and orders take 7-21 days to arrive depending on your distance from the U.S.
Please be advised that any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total amount. These are determined by custom agency in your country and you will be mail, phone, or email by them to pay these fees, if any, so that your shipment can get to its destination. We have no control over this and are not responsible for any additional fees. Please make sure all shipment information is up to date and entered according to your country required standard.

Return Policy
Unfortunately, Anastasia Rae Collections doesn't accept returned items. All purchases are final and cannot be returned for any reason. We offer unique items that take months to produce and scarcely of the materials used makes it difficult to make a large quantity in short amount of time.
Exchange Policy
customers can request an exchange within 30 days after the date of delivery. Customers are excepted to cover shipping fee until the item is received by us. We accept exchanges on all Anastasia Rae Collections products if the following conditions are met
- item(s) must be unused, unworn and in the same condition
- the orginal receipt must be attached
- all elements of the jewelry must be intact (diamonds, metal etc)
- must be sent in original packaging
- items must be sent as a single shipment unless purchased on a different date. Multiple items belonging to same order should be shipped together.
If all requirements are fulfilled an exchange is granted. A new item is sent to the customer free of charge. If you are exchanging an item that's no longer in stock a full refund of your money will be issued back, including the cost of shipping. Lost/Damage Item(s)
If you didn't receive your items within 10 business days or it arrives damaged please contact us and provide the details of the situation. A new item will be sent to you free of charge depending on the situation. Anastasia Rae Collections has the right to deny a claim for any reason.
Sale items
All sale items are considered finale purchase and may not be returned for any reasons. Prices and discounts are offered for a limited amount of time and are non-negotiable.
Product Care
To preserve the high of Anastasia Rae Collections products we strongly advise you do the following:
- store jewelry in the velvet pouched sent with your order
- avoid harsh lotions, creams, and soap on hands
- don't scratch the items
- use a soft cloth to clean the item
- remove the jewelry during handwashing
